Does Any One Body Build?

Does any one body build if so tell me I need tips for arms and abs fast send an answere thanks

  1. To get big biceps you need to do two things, train and get heaps of protein. Trainnig wise I would suggest:

    If your just starting out and don't have any weights here's what you can do…
    Chin ups 4 sets as many as you can do.
    Push ups 4 sets as many as you can do.
    Dips (sit between two chairs, straighten you legs out, put your hands on the chairs and use your arms to raise your body up and down off the floor). 4 sets as many as you can do.

    You should rest for 90 seconds in between each set. That way the intensity should pump your muscles without giving them to long to recover. It should only take about 20 mins to complete so it's not that hard, almost anyone can do it!

    For the abs, I suggest RUNNING to burn off the fat covering the muscles and then do 2 excercises as follows

    Crunches: Put your feet on a chair, bend your knees so your back is flat and place a pillow under you r back and raise your head towards your knees. 4 sets as many as you can do.

    V-Situps: sit on the end of a chair and raise your knees towards your chest 4 sets as many as you can do. Don't let your feet touch the floor only at the end of each set.

    As for the protein, I'll let you in on a little secret, Protein powder is overpriced junk. Just go to the Supermarket and by some skim milk powder and mix it with milk. It's about one 60th of the price and will do prety much the same thing. Remeber
    SKIM MILK POWDER without it you can train until the cows come home, but MUSCLES DON'T GROW WHEN YOU LIFT WEIGHTS, THEY GROW WHEN YOU REST AND CONSUME PROTEIN!!!! (But you will still need to train though or the protein will sit on your stomach and make you fat)

    As for the women who are telling you they don't like body builders they are thinking of steroid freaks. No-one likes them. Keeep it clean, work hard and get your protin into ya, and you'll look like a pro wrestler or Superman in no time.

    if u wanna grow biceps lift dumbels
    and if abs then do the sit ups or use the abking pro machine
  4. For long muscles like abs, look at your diet. You have the muscles, you just need to show them off. For short muscles like arms, do weights three times a week, but no more. Doing more is bad and tears up the muscle you are trying to build. Do that for about 13 weeks and take a week off. You will acutally gain alot of bulk during that week off.
