Does any one have any Body Building tips, which worked for you or you know of?

I am a Body Builder and am looking for tips from other Body Builder's

  1. If you want brute strength, lift low reps of high weight. If you want definition, lift high reps of lower weight.
  2. No! Don't work out everyday! Muscles only develop during the rest period. You may think that your muscles are bigger right after a work out but that is only because more blood is being pumped to your muscles during and after a work out.

    I would suggest that you do less reps with heavier weights.

  3. Work out evry day!
