Does any one have any Body Building tips, which worked for you or you know of?
I am a Body Builder and am looking for tips from other Body Builder's
- If you want brute strength, lift low reps of high weight. If you want definition, lift high reps of lower weight.
- No! Don't work out everyday! Muscles only develop during the rest period. You may think that your muscles are bigger right after a work out but that is only because more blood is being pumped to your muscles during and after a work out.
I would suggest that you do less reps with heavier weights.
- Work out evry day!
