Does this seem good for a workout?

Hello,

  1. I'm a 16 year male looking to be more beefy…
  2. Less weight and more reps……………12-15 reps—but make sure you have control……. gradually increase the weight—good luck…remember showing up is half the battle…
  3. Here's my plan:
  4. I'm very skinny (115lbs) and I'm 5'7….
  5. 10lbs weight - do as many bicep, tricept, and forearm curls as possible…. (I'll log in how many I can manage.)
  6. I want to get my arms bigger and maybe even work on my legs….
  7. Here's the catch I only want to use weights and stretching techniques, so no supplements or anything of that sort…..
  8. SOO here's my main question do you think I can build up a little more "beefyness" to my arms and overall body if I start doing this exercise? I need some tips on how much weight I should use of freeweights, and stuff I should do with a bar - and of course the amount of reps needed…. thx alot!
  9. And I'll do some bar presses and stuff like that (I've been looking at youtube on some stuff)
