Give me initial tips for start body building?

  1. body -slim
  2. proofread

    and people will be able to help you more

    and try giving details
    are you trying to be a professional body builder, or just get some muscle mass
    your weight doesn't really matter….but I'm sure it's not 50lbs

  3. Shell out a few dollars and get a certified trainer to set up a routine for You. That way You won't hurt Yourself ( this happens to a lot of beginners, believe it or not ) and You'll get the benefit of the exercises Your doing by doing them properly. Good luck.

  5. Your gonna have to read some books, if you really want to learn. Start with " The modern book of bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger." And then design a plan of what you want to accomplish. Just remember, you will not get as big as professional bodybuilders unless you use STEROIDS.
  6. Pita bread roll ups or wraps with salad fillings, are great for picnics, school lunches or to take to work.
  7. just start slowly and gradually do more reps of what ever exsersise you choose to do. Look online for a workout routine, and then as you go, add mroe reps each week to each specific excersise. Like if you start doing 5 pushups a day, byt the second week be doing 10 pushups a day and so on.
