Give me initial tips for start body building?

are you trying to be a professional body builder, or just get some muscle mass
your weight doesn't really matter….but I'm sure it's not 50lbs - Shell out a few dollars and get a certified trainer to set up a routine for You. That way You won't hurt Yourself ( this happens to a lot of beginners, believe it or not ) and You'll get the benefit of the exercises Your doing by doing them properly. Good luck.

- Your gonna have to read some books, if you really want to learn. Start with " The modern book of bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger." And then design a plan of what you want to accomplish. Just remember, you will not get as big as professional bodybuilders unless you use STEROIDS.
- Pita bread roll ups or wraps with salad fillings, are great for picnics, school lunches or to take to work.
- just start slowly and gradually do more reps of what ever exsersise you choose to do. Look online for a workout routine, and then as you go, add mroe reps each week to each specific excersise. Like if you start doing 5 pushups a day, byt the second week be doing 10 pushups a day and so on.
