Help me get in shape for summer please!!!?
I no its only febuary but I really want to make sure I start early this year in terms of getting in shape…..
- my main goal would be to buff up my upper body using weights because im of quite average to small build there. ideally I would like to vastly increase my pec muscles and arms also……
- Extreme gains are going to call for extreme measures. If you really want to gain, the gym will definitely interrupt your everyday life. However, sticking to the 3 days a week would still be enough to notice a difference between now and spring/summer. Just make sure you're doing different work outs so that your muscles don't get used to a routine. Otherwise known as "tricking your muscles." Also, try doing pulling exercises one day, and pushing another to better isolate certain areas. Example: Mondays do chest and triceps as those are both 'pushing' exercises…Tuesday recover…Wed do back and biceps as those are 'pulling' exercises…Good luck
- many thanks- john
- ive been going to the gym 3 days a week lifting moderate weights and im fairly happy with my weight so im not duing much cardio or dieting. is this enough to sufficiently increase chest muscle size by the summer if I keep it up?
- I can help you make it.

- A good exercise routine or program and eating right is the way you should go. Here is some good reading that can help you on your way.
