How do I increase my vertical jump with out wieghts?

I play basketball for my school team as a point guard! I need to get some rebounds off and a few blocks.. I can tip the back board but I want to be able to smack my whole hand on it so I get my confidence built up. Some body tell me sum excersises!!!!!

  1. do madhops. I did it and it has increased my vertical jump!
    it's a 4 week program. you do it 3 times a week. it takes about an hour. and in then end you could gain 9-12 inches! its about 20 bucks. maybe 25, I forget how much but it is worth it! I guarentee it! don't try airalert! it only work for some people. this works for every1!
  2. Try plyometric exercises that increase reaction speed, and stop to start quickness.

    Plyometrics refers to exercise that enables a muscle to reach maximum force in the shortest possible time–so a quick jump or fast start would be improved with plyometric drills.

  6. isnt there this thing called Jump Stretch or something like that
    it helps u jump alot higher
