How to keep in shape while at work?
If you don't have time to exerecise due to the work hours taking from early morning to late at night, what are the things you can do to do prevent your body from going out of shape? Are there some minor exercises or dietary tips (when there are just fast food chains in your company building) for keeping in shape while at work?

- Work at a pace that will burn calories. Do eat a proper diet

- bring your own lunch and durning ur lunch go for a nice run also bring weights tolift in ur work
- 1. Eat breakfast every morning.
2. Choose low GI foods (see the link) when you can
- instead of potatoes and rice, choose pasta3. Check your weight twice a day
- hey its easy u just have to find out that how can u move ur body like wen u goin up to ur office u dont use lift u can use the steps while u want to talk to some one u have time u can talk to him or her personally rathe rthan using intercom and many other things wat ever situation suggest u dont need to take out specifc time but u must be focussed to to think ur body need to move u need to do something to move ur body
- try to take the staircase instead of elevator and try to walk as much as possible…
