I have been doing push ups and other exercises to build my bodysince 5 years. iam 19 years old now.?
I dont see that much change in me. my weight is 51 kg and my height is 5feet 7inches. am ifit.
- please suggest some tips for body building

- u may check up your thyroid profile for checking up whether or not u have hyperthyroidism.
- acc. to your weight & height I can guess ur body structure . only exercise can't change ur body . you need to have a heavy diet after exercise . Don't use any synthetic material as you should take natural vegetables and fruit juice in excess . if you are non - veg then you should take soup and chickens . Also try exercises like bicep , tricep , and other chest exercises after jogging two orthree kms. depending upon you
- u need to put on more weight…..just increase ya diet and see result! Remember mere exercise is not the answer to healthy body but Diet is!
- At the age of 19 your body can handle a good weightlifting regiment. Lift weights 3-4 days a week, alternate upper and lower body and make sure you workout within your limits.
