I want to build up my body but dont know how,I am not all that big but tall..want to be stronger,pls. help..?

I am 27 yrs,am I too old, for body building?want all the tips..both training and dieting..

  1. resistance weight training
  2. no some people start at 50+ years. its all down to your meatbolism, and diet but the more u train the stronger ul get, im quite thin but strong I am only 10 stone but im lifting 65-70 kilos beching. it just takes time. and effort
