Please answer (weights)?

Im 15, 5 11 and 130lbs, I bench 100 I do 3 sets with 6 reps. Is this to light for my age, am I weak?

  1. answers or sugestions would be great btw I do curls 3 sets of 10 reps 40lbs and 3 sets of 20 sit ups. I also play lax and run cross country in the winter. Any tips in building body mass or strenght and speed training would be great, thanks
  2. you sound like your doing OK what you might do is go to a health food store like GNC and tell them you would like to bulk up they will give you what your body needs I did this as a young man and it worked for me
