Please answer (weights)?
Im 15, 5 11 and 130lbs, I bench 100 I do 3 sets with 6 reps. Is this to light for my age, am I weak?
- answers or sugestions would be great btw I do curls 3 sets of 10 reps 40lbs and 3 sets of 20 sit ups. I also play lax and run cross country in the winter. Any tips in building body mass or strenght and speed training would be great, thanks
- you sound like your doing OK what you might do is go to a health food store like GNC and tell them you would like to bulk up they will give you what your body needs I did this as a young man and it worked for me
