Tell me some great tips to build my body?
I wanna build my body nw im very thin most of my friends ill make fun of me calling me thinny
- I thkn u shud go to gym to build ur body….u shud eat lot of proteins…as nd whn u work out in the gym ….gymming is a must to build ur body.
- Eat plenty of protein and healthy carbs and start training with weights will take about 4 weeks before you see results don't forget your lower half keep your legs toned too.
- drinking alot of milk and RAW EGGS (yes, I know it sounds gross, but it really works) might help. eat alot of meats and proteins.. make sure u eat something from each food group every day. Buy a set of weights and work out your biceps and triceps every day for 20 minutes. do 50 sit-ups a day to get rock hard abs.. good luck
- Whey protein. Go to the gym consistently, yet work on different muscles on alternate days. If you're skinny most likely you'll develop muscle tone fast.
- Go to Chapters read a few books, pick your favorite on building muscle. Even if you don't want to be Arnold Schwarzenneger, (modify the pictures in your mind) learn about it. Pick a mentor, buy only one book. Get a book and record your excercises. After three weeks you will physically feel a little stronger doing daily tasks. After three months you will look a little different. After six months you will be a new man. Believe me, I have done it myself and I am a woman. No, I am not muscular at all, but when I go to the gym everyone thinks I work there. Dedication, focus, it is not only physically, but mentally, good for you. My doctor and chiropractor have encouraged me all my life on this.
