- I would stick with free weights and basic exercises like barbell inclines presses, barbell military presses, dumbbell incline presses, dumbbell incline flies, dumbbell side laterals, barbell and dumbbell shrugs. You want to emphasize the upper pecs, deltoids, and trapezius muscles to help these areas. The exercises I've described above all work those areas well.
- im fairly skinny and I want to hide my collar bone I have bony shoulders and want to hide them any tips on how to build muscle around these areas
- I was just like you when I was 15. I'm not sure what 58kg is in pounds, but I only weighed about 100 lbs. I started doing pushups. They're very good for beginners and you don't need equipment. They work your chest, arms, shoulders, and back muscles all at once. Start of doing about 3 sets of as many as you can. Then work your way up little by little. If you can't do alot at first, don't worry. Just make sure your form is correct, that is the most important thing. If you're not sure how to do one correctly, just have someone show you. Your back should be straight, knees straight, and when you come down, your arms should be parallel to the ground. You will slowly start to see and feel a difference. Then you can move up to weights.
- You should do bench press, shoulder press, and pushups. Eat lean meat with plenty of fresh fruits and vegatables after your workout.
- 100 push ups a day 5 days a week 100 sit ups and 100 squats a day 5 days a week will give your intire body all it needs.
