Tips to loose weight?
Okay, I'm a vegetarian and have been for about 15 years, I have a small build but feel I have some excess weight on practically every part of my body. So, does anyone know any websites with some fab exercises or tips without having a major major major diet change? I'd love to loose a lot of it before the end of August (I know thats not long but I've lost a stone in 4 weeks when going vegan for a bit). Thanks in advance, cotton-candy-pie x
- I presume your weight is "too tight" and that's why you want to "loose" it?
- Consume fewer calories (1500 a day is enough for a girl trying to lose weight).
Exercise more, burning off more calories and toning flabby areas.

- The only way to loose weight is to eat less. And to all the "diet experts," just do a simple math: if you eat 3000 calories a day (pick any number you actually consume) and your body uses only 2800 a day for whatever life style you have, you gain weight. If you eat 2500 calories and use 2800, where do the missing 300 come from? From fat in your body and you loose weight.
Eat less calories than you need for your daily activities and you'll loose weight. It's that simple. - My workout routine is to do a quick warm up and stretch session followed by a 1 mile jog then about 5 or 6 100 yard dashes. Then hit the gym for a while.
