Tips to make a well built body posture?
- swimming, trust me.. it builds a nice body and a good posture
- It's silly, but try pretending you're holding something between your butt cheeks, squeeze them together and you stand straighter.
- Oh I need to know this too.
When you get a best answer, please send it to me - You want to stand up straight. Put your body up against the wall and push your back into the wall so that you can feel the wall. You might have to bend the knees a bit. To strengthen the back there are exercises. You can lay in bed and put your arms on the bed and raise your hips up and down. If you want it to be more isometric, then pull your stomach in when you are pulling your stomach up and down. Legs straight. Also, get a towel and put it around your legs and pull your feet up while laying down, just pull your feet up and down several times, probably as many as you can. This is just a few that I remember. Many people slouch when they are at the computer, try to get a better chair so that you don't do that. Remind yourself to stand and sit up straight. The modeling school I went to would practice walking with a book on your head, and not let the book fall off your head. Keeping your head straight, and walking straight, with knees bent just slightly, you walk keeping the book on the head. Good luck. These are older ideas, so I know these days there are more with the Pilate's and all, so maybe there is more as well.
- I don't trust people who say "trust me"
Ok, in a nut shell, you need to lengthen shortened muscles and strengthen the weak muscles.
Eat fresh food. (Not the chemically refined and gmo'd crap.)
Drink plenty of (filtered) water.
Keep moving (at different intensities).
Remove stress from your life. (Yeah, I know, not that easily done.)
Smile at everyone. (They'll want to know what you're on!)
