What are good things to eat to build your body so when u work out it helps build the muscle?

okay I got some good muscle in my arms but I am just a lil fat around the waist but not much. what are some good things to eat to lose the fat but build it in to muscle and get bigger? and some good work out methods. I got a bench in my house and dumb bells that I use every day? please leave tips and good ways? thanks

  1. Protein to gain weight. Lots of protein, your body has to have those amino acids and all that great protein to build your muscles up. Try out Creatine at GNC next time you go, it helps a lot for short term to long term muscle building.
  2. Protein diets, you can find them on the Internet, they are the chief muscle builder ingredient.

You can likewise find good body building techniques the same way, just put those 3 words into Google

    For starters:

  3. carbs and protein , burn what you take, those guys from the worlds strongest man focus on carbs to gain muscle mass , so thats what I did and it worked for me, p.s. plyometrics are always good for definition
  4. eat steak..chicken…cheese..lots of stuff in high protien..dont forget when your working out your fat will turn to muscle anyhow..good luck
  5. No carbination drinks and boost your protien intake.
