I have seen that site that is very helpful to understand tips and information so any postivie or negative comments then send me some answers. I am just curious . is there any other website better than bodybuilding.com ?

   They have great trainers who can answer questions without trying to sell you something (unlike many other sites), You can't beat the one on one interaction.
   I know many online programs and bodybuilding is at the top.

4. I'm from Boise where it originated. Here they actually have stores in addition to the online ordering. They are very knowledgeable and the place to go in this area for guidance on nutrition.
