When will I start seeing results? Any good tips?
Ive been working out for 2 months, 5 times a week 1.5 - 2 hours a day. I've lost 4% body fat and 6 lbs but I have all this flabby skin covering the muscles I've built so far. Im 5'9 141lbs
- Along with the workout Im also eatting:
- 60g fats
- Any tips on speeding up my results…or see anything Im doing wrong?
- 100g proteins
- 120g carbs - all whol grains, fruits included. No sugar
- first your not eating enough protein. Shoot for gram per pound of body weight. so in your case 141. Your muscles can't grow if they don't have enough prtein for protein synthesis. The increase muscle tone will fill out the flab. Also try working out with lower weight and higher reps. Say 50-75% of your max for abot 5 sets of 15. This will give you a great tone and tourch your unwanted flab as well.
