Will exercise on demand help me get the body I really want?
I don't know what to do! Right now I can't afford a gym membership. I am eating healthy right now, you know fruits, veggies, milk, and chicken breast for meat.
- I looked on the exercise demand channel and they seem to have alot of stuff you can do in your house, but is it worth my time? I want a really flat defined stomach and I want to build my endurance and strength, I want my booty to just becurved and shaped like Beyonce, and nice toned arms. I don't run outside BC the neighborhood I live in is very dangerous.
- Stop smoking trees everyday and ask again in a month or so.
- Many colleges have gyms. Sometimes they will let the general public use them for a small fee per semester, or you can enroll in one of the fitness classes which give you access to the gym.
You will have to do cardio if you want to lose weight, and the best way to do this is walking. Again, you can do this at a college track or gym, or even drive to a safer area where you can walk outside. Or, find a few walking buddies who will walk with you in your area.
- I'm 5'1 and I weigh 152, I am shaped like a coke bottle but I want to be shaped like this 30 lbs lighter. Any tips?
- Try doing some sit ups and leg lifts.
You look pretty hot girl! - You need to do cardio at least 3 times a week and do muscle traing about twice a week.
If you can't go out jogging or afford a gym then how about getting aerobic dvd's?
