Will exercise on demand help me get the body I really want?

I don't know what to do! Right now I can't afford a gym membership. I am eating healthy right now, you know fruits, veggies, milk, and chicken breast for meat.

  1. I looked on the exercise demand channel and they seem to have alot of stuff you can do in your house, but is it worth my time? I want a really flat defined stomach and I want to build my endurance and strength, I want my booty to just becurved and shaped like Beyonce, and nice toned arms. I don't run outside BC the neighborhood I live in is very dangerous.
  2. Stop smoking trees everyday and ask again in a month or so.
  3. Many colleges have gyms. Sometimes they will let the general public use them for a small fee per semester, or you can enroll in one of the fitness classes which give you access to the gym.

You will have to do cardio if you want to lose weight, and the best way to do this is walking. Again, you can do this at a college track or gym, or even drive to a safer area where you can walk outside. Or, find a few walking buddies who will walk with you in your area.

  4. I'm 5'1 and I weigh 152, I am shaped like a coke bottle but I want to be shaped like this 30 lbs lighter. Any tips?
  5. Try doing some sit ups and leg lifts.
    You look pretty hot girl!
  6. You need to do cardio at least 3 times a week and do muscle traing about twice a week.
If you can't go out jogging or afford a gym then how about getting aerobic dvd's?

  3. exercise does sound alrite..consistency
  4. you don't have to be a gym member to get in shape. you can start just by running a little bit at a time. that tends to be the quickest and most effective way of leaning out and toning up.
  5. Yes working out is worth your time. Dont believe all those diet fads or diet pills. Your already doing the right thing by changing your eating habits. Just add more fiber to your diet and less fats. Also drink 8 glasses or more of water a day, Avoid eating after 6 or 7pm. If you cant run the streets of your neighborhood try looking for a high school or college campus that lets you use there track to run or walk. In my area there are several open to the public and people run and jogg there everyday.
