Workout tips/legs need help!!!!?

my upper body is great my lower body sucks. I dont do leg workouts any more because I got stretchmarks from squats and im worried if I do them will the stretchmarks get bigger?or if there are any leg workouts that can get me built with out making tha stretchmarks biger?

  1. You don't want to BUILD leg muscle if you already have it. If your legs are just… fat so to speak. just walk… walk where ever… or on a tred mill. walking burns everywhere really. im in proportion. I have a big booty and decent thighs. but I always do lunges & squats as a daily routine. also… if you have a resistence band… there is a really good exercise u can do for your legs & booty… jessica simpson did it for Dukes of Hazzard. go to tyrashow.com and check out the video gallery.. find celebrity work outs. also go to globalfitness.com and there is like.. an ONLINE personal trainer. you'd be surprised!
